Its name, “Meirat”, refers to the city of Madrid, which was given that name before the year 1000 AD.

A handmade paper made from linen, following the Japanese craft tradition. Extraordinarily strong paper glued in bulk to neutral pH, of indefinite preservation.

Meirat paper is ecological. Made in different sizes and thicknesses, it is suitable for all Fine Arts and printing techniques: watercolours, acrylic paints, gouache, wax crayons, serigraphy, printing, embossing and typography. You will achieve perfect results.
